Please note, we can take you on one of maintenance contracts in which all future breakdowns will be covered under the contract.
If we cannot repair your Coffee machine within the hour then we will give you a written fixed price to carry out the rest of the repair work on a best endeavour basis, If other faults come to light during the repair we will notify you accordingly.
On the majority of occasions we aim to repair machines within 30-60 minutes. Don’t worry we will advise you before we proceed with any parts or labour.
It’s very rare but on occasions a repair will need to be done to discover a fault that isn’t typical, we will charge labour only and remove the parts that are not required on a 15% restocking charge.
Our highly trained staff will usually be able to diagnose the fault very quickly.

Boiler Inspections
Get your yearly boiler insurance cover for your coffee machine. Boiler Inspections can be arranged with us and carried out with one of our trained engineers. call or email us for boiler replacement cover.
For Commercial Machines- Book now for £139 for a call out which includes the first 30 minutes of labour on selective areas. please contact us for any additional information and areas covered.
For Domestic customers- Book now for £99 for coffee machine collection, diagnoses and return. Additional parts and labour will be quoted.
Labour charges, £30.00 per 30 minutes + applicable call out charge.
